2012 Roundup

Life has been crazy, thats for sure! Heres a little rundown of what weve been up to the past long while!

Cami turned 4 in July. We had a little mermaid themed pool party at our house and invited a bunch of her friends over. It was a blast and she had so much fun!

She already had Rapunzel, and got Tinkerbell for her birthday. Ryan and I finished off the collection by letting her pick out two at the Disney store. Of corse she picked Belle and Ariel.

It was a fun-filled day, and her first actual friend birthday party!

Ryans family came to visit us in July and we did a bunch of fun stuff like..

Cami started Pre-school in September:

She has learned so much. She can recognize all of her letters, and give us the sounds as well as write many of them. She can write her name too!

Interests and hobbies include:

Drawing and Coloring
Painting
Dressup.. the more nail polish and jewelery, the better
Writing "letters" and "grocery lists" to people
Swings
Baseball and soccer
Dancing

She loves to help others and take care of people, and is definitely a nurturer. She loves being active and can run incredibly fast! Shes a girly girl, and a tom-boy rolled into one fun wild beautiful and increbly sweet little person.

Starting in July, my ETSY business really took off. Between July and December I made a total of 164 stockings, 2 tree skirts, and one advent calendar.. it was fun.. but talk about BUSY!

Thanksgiving:
Curtis and Liz, Candy Dane and Adilyn all came down to San Diego to visit us for a few days. It was so much fun to see and spend time with all of them!! I, of corse, didnt take any pictures :(.

Christmas and New Years:
We went to South Carolina to see Ryan's family for a week and a half, and had so much fun! And, again.. didnt take any pictures.

Cami is no longer a sunbeam, but in CTR 4, will be 5 in July, and starts full-time Kindergarden in September. I turned 30 a few days ago.. and am feeling quite old ;). I am enjoying life slowing down alot and cherishing all this time I am getting with my Cami! I have lost a total of 51 lbs, and am still working towards my goal. Ryan has also lost about 15 lbs in the last few months. He will also be playing on an official Baseball team starting in February, which will be SO FUN for him!!

We bought a house in November. Its in the construction process right now. We are able to watch it being built and pick some of our options, which has been really fun. Its a 2 story, 3 bedroom 3 bath, plus a large loft/upstairs family room, upstairs laundry room (YES!!!), 2 car garage, good sized backyard with view. Beautiful neighborhood and location, close to shopping and schools. Schools are all rated 9's and 10's. Its a dream come true. It is scheduled to be completed and ready to move in by early April. Heres the most recent picture when only the bottom level was framed. Ill post another photo when I get one.

We have had a fun year spent with family and friends. We have felt the love of God in so many ways, and have been truly blessed! We hope you all have an amazing 2013!
